Jotamastic Smart Pack

Jotamastic Smart Pack is an ideal solution for smaller maintenance and repair jobs. It is a surface tolerant two component epoxy mastic coating with high solids which can be applied in high film thicknesses.  Jotamastic Smart pack has been specially designed for application with brush and roller. The product has a 1:1 mixing ratio for easy use and reduced wastage.

Marine: outside hull, exterior and interior areas, including water ballast tanks

Protective: recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel

Barrier

Barrier is well proven zinc rich epoxy primer designed for coating systems where extended durability and excellent corrosion protection are required. This two component polyamide cured zinc rich epoxy coating has high zinc dust content.

Suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to a wide range of corrosive atmospheric environments up to very high. Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel.

Substrate: Carbon steel, repair of inorganic zinc silicate coating and damaged galvanised substrates.
